Workshop | Team Health: Activities for Your Colleagues
The Team Health Toolkit is a trauma-informed, equity-centered resource designed to support professionals in government agencies with practical, accessible strategies to rejuvenate themselves and their colleagues. Rooted in cooperative learning and relational wellness practices, the toolkit offers a variety of group-based activities—from emotional check-ins and micro-moments of joy to regulation rituals and reflective prompts—that foster connection, reduce burnout, and build a culture of collective care. This resource empowers teams to co-create sustainable wellness habits that center authenticity, shared leadership, and psychological safety in the workplace.
