Workshop | Courageous and Compassionate Feedback

In this interactive workshop, teams will explore the SAI-IT and TAIKE feedback protocols, designed to help normalize constructive feedback within teams. Participants will engage in role play and real-life scenarios to cultivate the courage to be curious and foster compassionate accountability in their interactions. Through these exercises, teams will develop strategies for providing feedback that is honest, empathetic, and solution-oriented, building stronger, more resilient team dynamics. This will aid in a workplace culture where people feel psychologically safe to contribute, navigate conflict, and engage in difficult conversations across social and cultural divides.

Learning Objectives:

Develop Effective Feedback Skills: Learn and apply the SAI-IT and TAIKE protocols to provide constructive, actionable feedback that fosters growth and accountability.

Foster Compassionate Accountability: Build confidence in holding team members accountable while maintaining trust and mutual respect through role-play and scenario-based exercises.

Integrate Courage, Curiosity, and Compassion: Understand key relational elements that cultivate a workplace feedback culture rooted in interpersonal engagement and shared growth.
